Over a period of 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in corporate environments in South Africa, Egypt, Thailand and the Netherlands in various executive management positions in customer service, call centres, sales, marketing, high profile projects and country launches.
I successfully managed, coached and mentored individuals of different gender, culture, ethnic backgrounds, religious affiliations, work and business ethics, etc.
All of this, combined with in excess of 12 years’ as a coach and mentor in my own company providing successful business, personal and career coaching and mentoring has certainly qualified me to assist people just like you overcome whatever challenges you face and achieve success, as defined by you.
I have helped many individuals from CEOs to students, teenagers to teachers and millionaires to moms transform their lives and achieve great things as I work from a place of courage and deep authenticity in order for them to achieve great things!
You see, I have realised that there are three primary areas in our lives that need to be aligned to ensure that we achieve great things and thus happiness, these being:
- a sense of business or career success
- a “win, win” people interaction ability
- achievement of our personal growth aspirations
I have developed a system to identify your unique challenges within these vitally important aspects and then together with you drafting a coaching and mentoring “road map” to success with measurable milestones.
